2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in colour or appearance.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment Methods:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order is delivered.
  • Bank Transfer: Payment must be received and confirmed before your order is dispatched.
  • Orders will only be processed once payment (for bank transfer) or order confirmation (for COD) is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
  • KOMX Beauty is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We have a 14-day exchange policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • We only exchange faulty, damaged or defective items. We do not provide refunds.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
  • An unboxing video and proof of purchase are required to make the exchange process smoother.
