2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in colour or appearance.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Payment Methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order is delivered.
Bank Transfer: Payment must be received and confirmed before your order is dispatched.
Orders will only be processed once payment (for bank transfer) or order confirmation (for COD) is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
KOMX Beauty is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Damaged or defective items are eligible for free replacement.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific product in question.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions. Customers are advised to check ingredient lists before use and perform a patch test if uncertain.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujrat, Pakistan.
