How long does shipping take?

We deliver across all of Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for orders within Punjab and 5–7 business days for other provinces. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience slight delays.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We deliver to every corner of Pakistan, including remote areas.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders across Pakistan.

How do I use the tinted lip balm?

Our tinted lip balm features a convenient click-up mechanism:

  1. Click the base of the tube gently to push the balm up.
  2. Apply directly to your lips.
  3. Click only a small amount at a time — the balm does not retract, so push up only what you need.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

Can I return a product?
