We have a 14-day Exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Komxbeauty only exchanges damaged products, we don't provide refunds. Cosmetics and makeup are very sensitive products and can get damaged during shipping. Please make an unboxing video to make the exchange process smoother. and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

MNP Courier Service will pick up the return parcel from you and send it back to us. Once we receive your damaged parcel, we will send a fresh stock to you.
